    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Iris Early Years.

    The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, developing curriculum, implementing early childhood education strategies, fostering effective communication with students and parents, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum developmentStrong background in early childhood educationExcellent communication skillsExperience working with toddlers and kindergartenh-aged childrensA passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environmentPatience and compassion in working with young childrenKnowledge of child development and learning theoriesRelevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education
