    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence for our new tea brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tea culture, adept at crafting engaging content, and proficient in leveraging various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to establish and grow the brand's presence across key platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , TikTok, and YouTube.
    2. Create compelling and visually appealing content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that showcase the unique qualities of our tea brand and resonate with our target audience.
    3. Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting to maintain audience engagement and foster a sense of community.
    4. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with followers, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
    6. Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize content strategy, drive traffic, and achieve KPIs.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, integrating new techniques and features into our strategy as appropriate.
    8. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development, to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
    9. Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify brand reach and credibility.
    10. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our social media approach.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling and visual content creation.
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
