- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- New Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue leads to expand business.
- Conduct regular meetings: and presentations to clients to understand their needs and propose solutions. Facilitate meetings for counterparts in the US through cold calls and emails. Handle incoming inquiries and pass them to the appropriate sales representative or account manager for further action.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including sales, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met effectively. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with Vendor partners to secure profitable deals.
- Client-first Approach: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle incoming inquiries and pass them to the appropriate sales representative or account manager for further action
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Product and Services: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our products and services.
