As part of its South Asia expansion strategy, the company is setting up a Mumbai studio (launch in April The office will serve local Indian clients as well as act as an integrated Revit resource hub supporting its international studios. To build this capability, the company is seeking a BIM / Revit Coordinator to lead and oversee BIM processes and standards in the Mumbai office.

About the Role

• Designation: BIM / Revit Coordinator
• Years of Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years post-qualification experience (architecture, engineering, or construction domain).
• Academic Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other Building / Built Environment disciplines.
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site, 5-day work week
• Location: Mumbai (office location to be finalized; centrally connected zone)
• Compensation Band on Offer: Competitive salary + benefits. Final package will depend on experience, interview performance & last drawn CTC.
• Training: The selected candidate will be inducted, trained, and supported through the company's global offices, with initial induction likely possible at UK/European studios.

Position Overview

As the BIM / Revit Coordinator, you will lead the strategic implementation of BIM in the Mumbai office, overseeing the local Revit-capable team and managing BIM execution processes. You will develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), define the company's BIM requirements and workflows, and ensure alignment with ISO19650 standards and global procedures.

Working closely with the Office Head, you will also support recruitment, training, and upskilling of the Revit-capable team, ensuring the highest standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the standard of BIM and Revit execution aligns with global technical and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
• Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
• Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
• Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
• Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
• Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
• Represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
• Contribute to innovation in BIM workflows and foster cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
• Indian qualified professional with minimum 7+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
• Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
• Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
• Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
• Prior experience working with international client organisations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Available to join within 1 month - 45 days of offer acceptance.
