    B2C/Institutional Sales (PMS/AIF/Real Estate Investment) | 15 LPA to 40 LPA | IC Role (No Team handling)

    We are looking for a business development candidate for a fast-growing Real Estate Investment Fund.

    Location: BKC, Mumbai

    Experience: 6+ Years of handling Investments for HNI, Ultra HNI, Family offices etc.

    Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or within 45 days

    CTC: 15 Lacs to 40 Lacs+ performance variable

    English Comm skills; Excellent Level

    Role:

    - Identify and target, directly or through channel partners, high-net-worth individuals, family offices who have a potential interest in alternative investments.

    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

    Provide customized investment solutions that align with their goals and close investment deals. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the alternative investment space.

    Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal compliance standards.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

    Reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and closures.

    If you have around 7 years of experience sourcing and managing HNI, Ultra HNI, Family offices relationships for Capital Markets / Portfolio Management Services/Alternate Investment Funds, you would be a good fit.
