Job summary
As a Senior Business Analyst at CoverGo, you will work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. You will plan and design business processes and system modifications, make recommendations to improve business activities, and gather business requirements through various techniques. You will also create test case scenarios, monitor testing, and develop business requirements documents. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, a degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field, and previous experience working in the life insurance industry. You will have knowledge of business analysis concepts, facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing. You will have good organizational and time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines. You will be willing to work in CET hours. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You will have technical writing skills and be willing to work in a fully remote environment.
