    Inside Sales Executive

    Position Summary:

    To provide sales and marketing functions the required support in building a pipeline of Qualified Leads and Opportunities to meet business plans, quarterly quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, emails, business networking, social media, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, track, maintain and update leads
    • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
    • Make outgoing calls to generate new leads/opportunities
    • Contact prospects to qualify leads (use BANT)
    • Research and maintain lead generation database in CRM
    • Record all activities in CRM
    • Conduct customer research
    • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's solutions and services in order to facilitate the inside sales process

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
    • Experience with cold calling
    • Experience with research and maintaining databases
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Experience in using CRM and Database Tools
    • Strong time management skills
    • Experience working with US Geography (preferred)
    • Preferred IT Services Experience in ITSM, Product Engineering, Cloud background
