    Sales & Business Development

    Develop and implement sales strategies to increase catering bookings and revenue.

    Conduct sales presentations and meetings with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals.

    Negotiate and close contracts for catering services, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

    Maintain a database of clients and track sales performance through CRM software.


    Client Relationship Management

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    Understand client requirements and customize catering packages to meet their needs.

    Provide professional consultation on menu selections, event logistics, and pricing.

    Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

    Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.


    Marketing & Promotions

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.

    Represent the catering division at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

    Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to enhance brand visibility.

    Develop promotional materials, brochures, and proposals for potential clients.


    Operational Coordination

    Work closely with the F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

    Communicate client expectations and event details to the banquet and kitchen teams.

    Monitor event setups, service quality, and overall execution to ensure client satisfaction.

    Address any operational challenges that may arise before or during an event.


    Financial Management & Reporting

    Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.

    Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management review.

    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

    Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.


    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or events management.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and event management tools.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
    • Certifications: Sales and marketing certifications are an advantage.

    Work Environment & Schedule

    Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client needs and events.

    Combination of office work, client meetings, and on-site event supervision.
