Roles and ResponsibilitiesLeaders in Technology:
Lead a group of backend developers technically and offer advice.
Build scalable and reliable backend systems through architecture, design, and implementation.
Verify that design principles, coding conventions, and best practices are followed.


Evolution:
ReST APIs, Microservices, Springboot, Kafka, and Java backend development done by hand.
Deliver superior software solutions by working together with cross-functional teams.
Write code that is effective, reusable, and maintainable.


Team Leading:
Handle a group of backend engineers as a mentor.
Regularly inspect the code to make sure it is well-written and to offer helpful criticism.
Encourage skill development and information exchange among team members.


System Structure :
Construct and execute backend architectures that are both scalable and performant.
Ensuring that backend systems are in line with the overall system architecture requires close collaboration with system architects.


Performance Enhancement:
Find performance bottlenecks and fix them.
