    About the role

    Store in charge isresponsible for Engineering spares. Heis the custodian for the inventory available at Engineering stores andspares. Receiving the materials, recordkeeping, store material issues to user department, stock reconciliation and MISreporting are the responsibilities.

    Job Description:

  • Independently handle the store material inward, outward, day to day monitoring of chemicals
  • Coordinate with different departments internally and external coordination for material delivery with vendors
  • Responsible for timely reconciliation of engineering material, chemical and packaging material
  • Responsible for month end closing stocks verification, submission of reports, MIS reports etc
  • Material inspection by user departments and Good Receipts entry, timely submission of documents to payments
  • Maintain Housekeeping and hygiene level at Store
  • Responsible for maintain HSE standards for the area under Control

    • About you

    Diploma Engineer / Graduate Engineer / MBA material management / suitable qualification

    3 – 5 Years of Experience worked as Store in charge

    Experience in manufacturing industry / edible oil industry preferred
