    Job Title: Brand Solution Manager

    This role is responsible for developing and executing effective internal communication strategies that drive alignment with business goals, foster employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute effective internal communication strategies to drive alignment with business goals, foster employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.
    • Develop messaging frameworks for internal campaigns that resonate with diverse employee groups, ensuring clarity and consistency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create brand-aligned solutions that cater to internal stakeholders and business objectives.
    • Develop and manage communication campaigns that communicate key initiatives, product launches, and organizational updates.
    • Create engaging and informative content for internal platforms, including newsletters, presentations, emails, intranet, and video scripts.
    • Partner with creative and digital agencies to deliver visually appealing and impactful communication materials.
    • Work closely with HR, leadership, and marketing teams to align communication strategies with organizational priorities.
    • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective communication plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, with a strong focus on B2B environments.
    • Proven experience working with digital agencies to develop creative communication solutions.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
    • Strong understanding of digital communication tools, platforms, and trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
    • Knowledge of internal communications platforms such as Slack, SharePoint, or Workplace by Facebook.
    • Experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and content production workflows.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
