    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Shipping Incident Management (Customer Complaint, Deviation, Temperature Excursion, Damages etc.) for Continual Improvement
    • Acknowledge incidents within 5 working hours
    • Coordinate with Compliance team and ensure batch disposition within 2 business days
    • Collate data and/or information for shipping incident in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
    Evaluate temperature data reports and mappings according to sequence of events, primarily in three parameters: origin to loading port, in-transit, and destination until delivery
    • Analyze data for each pallet and/or data logger, including max & min temperatures and exposure timelines
    • Investigate root causes
    • Prepare investigation reports and share with compliance teams
    Co-coordinate for final CAPA implementation and ensure timely completion
    • Identify and assign training needs for SCM – Global Transportation team
    • Maintain data logger reports from across the globe in coordination with CFT's and update cold chain reliability status in MIS according to defined timelines
    Own process governance (Business Process, SOP, Work Instructions etc.)
    • Evaluate and onboard new vendors in coordination with vendor management teams
    • Periodically review vendors
    • Establish vendor SOP/SLA and review vendor qualification documents (QTA, SOP/SLA) according to global standards and best practices
    Initiate, plan, monitor, track progress, and measure deliverables using appropriate tools and trackers
    • Ensure all Incident Management deliverables are completed on time
    • Maintain and update incident management trackers in real-time
    • Coordinate and manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders for flawless execution of all deliverables
    Set up weekly/monthly reviews and monitor closure of action items (Incident Management, CCR, Training, Vendor Management)
