    **Job Description:**

    The Role:

    • Onboard Corporates on the M1xchange (TReDS platform), activate them for transactions, and maintain relationships to maximize business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maximize throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in your portfolio.
    • Ensure profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relationship, as well as the portfolio overall.
    • Grow the partner/distribution network and increase business under this umbrella.
    • Achieve sales targets in line with established revenues & volumes goals.
    • Plan, forecast, measure, and report business volumes on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

    Functional Competencies:

    • Collaborate with teams to grow business.
    • Develop strong relationships at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers.
    • Plan, forecast, measure, and report business volumes.
    • Manage partner relationships and develop solutions.
    • Have deep knowledge of partners in the geography to drive connection and impact.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 12 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain.
    • Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development experience in Financial Services domain.
    • Professional degree in Finance preferred (MBA, CA etc.).
    • Candidates based locally and operating in the required catchment area will be preferred.
