- 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in Mechanical field and with hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, preferably machine tools.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- For service engineer, the prospect should possess in depth knowledge of various modules of machine tools, namely guideways, ball screws, hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, coolant systems and respective troubleshooting methodologies.
- For CNC application engineer, the prospect should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, component prove-out, time study and establishing process capability.
- Knowledge of machining processes, including grinding, cutting, and milling
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as working in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.
- A valid driving license for 2-wheeler and willingness to travel on a regular basis to clients' locations.

Role Description
MachTools TechnoServe P Ltd is seeking a full-time Field Service Engineers (Mechanical) and CNC application Engineers to join our team. The positions are open at Gurugram (NCR), Ahmedabad, Jamshedpur, and Chennai. For Chennai position, we are essentially looking for local candidate fluent in local (Tamil) language.
The prospective Service Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing our machines on-site at clients' locations. The role will involve both technical and customer-facing aspects and will require the Field Service Engineer to interact with clients and provide technical support in person and via phone/email.
