    AI Ops – Datadog

    (other monitoring tools Dynatrace, Hostmon, Splunk), Event monitoringPlease find the JD below:Roles and Responsibilities:Should have good Communication skills as the associate would be required to interact with client regularly.
    Ready to work in Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week-offs.
    Evaluate and provide approach for optimization and improvement of Application Monitoring.
    Associate expected to do hands-on development in addition to solutioning and quality code review.
    Provide solutions to technical issues in testing, anticipate technical risks and ensure their timely resolution.
    Identify areas for Automation and provide ideas for implementation.


    Good to Have:
    Good knowledge of ITIL Concepts such as Incident Management, Problem management, SLA, Vulnerability Management.
    Experience in Service Now Ticketing tool.
    Experience on working with Devops Tools like Jenkins, GithubHands-on experience with Datadog APM ToolExperience in other monitoring tools Dynatrace, Hostmon, Splunk), Event monitoring
