    Head - Talent Acquisition Analytics

    About the Client:

    Our client is a blue chip global leader in technology with state of the art development centres which roll out world class products, solutions, which are aimed at emerging sectors in energy management, renewable energy, automotive, aerospace and semiconductors.

    Responsibilities :

    As Head of Analytics- COE for the TA function, the incumbent will have a dual role of leading the TA function and also setting up the analytics COE for the TA function.

    The KRAs are :

    • Identifying TA metrics best suited for the team and define ways to measure it
    • Interact with all stakeholders to understand TA analytics requirements.
    • Create Excel and other spread sheets by using the past and current data to help stake holders to take informed decisions on the business plans and embed the TA projections on the hiring plans
    • Build a blueprint and automation strategy for dash boarding and data management
    • Interact with all the recruiters to ensure data sanctity in the tool and it's effective inference in various business situations and drive the teams to collect and use the TA-related data and develop actionable insight that translates to solutions and improvement.
    • Customise the dashboard to the needs of BU leaders to ensure seamless updation in the TA function.

    In this role, the incumbent will regularly interact with the leadership team and other stakeholders to effectively articulate the findings. The end goal will be to ensure the TA team makes better decisions backed by data-driven insights.

    Requirements:

    • An engineer with MBA with 15 years of experience in TA function with extensive use of analytics , in large technology/ IT services companies will suit this role.
    • Incumbent should have hands on experience in all the areas of TA function including campus, lateral, large volume, complex and sensitive hirings across the business groups including manufacturing, research and development, sales teams and engineering across the country including overseas and expats, with an in-depth understanding of TA strategies, comp and Ben policies, using AI and driving teams.
    • He /she will be an outstanding professional in understanding numbers
    • Strong leadership skills with equal articulation skills with proven experience in handling complex hiring and strategies will suit the most.
    • The role will have global travel and past experience in working in a matrix reporting will add value.
