    Experience with analytics and integration for backup solutions.

    Familiarity with virtualization platforms and backup and recovery solutions.

    Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Knowledge of ITIL processes.

    Storage Systems, Brocade SAN Devices,NAS Devices, Storage Virtualization, Pure FlashArrays

    Relevant certifications in storage and backup technologies (e.g., Pure Storage Certified Implementation Engineer, VMware Certified Professional) preferred

    Proficient in server, storage, and backup monitoring and administration.

    Strong troubleshooting skills for server, storage, and backup-related issues.

    Experience with analytics and integration for storage solutions.

    Familiarity with virtualization platforms and backup and recovery solutions.

    Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and 3rd parties.
