The HR Executive will play a key role in managing people operations, strengthening culture, and supporting a high-energy media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition for Media & Field Teams
- Support hiring for roles across radio, digital content, production, sales, marketing, on-ground activations, and operations.
- Coordinate auditions, interviews, and trial days for RJs, content creators, editors, and anchors.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool aligned with OHO Radio's culture and values.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members with proper orientation into OHO Radio's vision, IPs, and work culture.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Act as the first HR touchpoint for employees across locations and projects.
- Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Track attendance, leaves, and shifts.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Maintain updated employee data for full-time, contractual, and project-based staff.
- Culture, Engagement & Internal Communication
- Help build a vibrant workplace culture aligned with youth, creativity, and Uttarakhand pride.
- Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, RJ-led interactions, and team connect sessions.
- Drive internal communication—announcements, policies, festival greetings, and team updates.
- HR Policies, Discipline & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct across teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and internal processes.
- Handle basic grievances, employee concerns, and disciplinary documentation with sensitivity.
- Performance & Exit Support
- Support performance review cycles, appraisal documentation, and feedback coordination.
- Manage exit formalities including resignations, handovers, asset recovery, and relieving documentation.
- Maintain professional and neutral communication during exits.
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in media, startups, events, or creative organizations.
- Comfortable working with young teams, creative professionals, and fast timelines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.
- Organized, process-driven, yet empathetic in approach.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
