- Responsible for creating data and calculation of payout as per the scheme notes/policies
- Responsible to work with IT team on building different database from different systems
- Responsible to Provide Ad-hoc Analysis
- Responsible to provide Scheme Effectiveness and ROI Report
- Co-ordinate with Sales & Online Partners for getting sales information on time for scheme settlement
- Coordinate with GTM & Business to ensure 100% accuracy and business understanding is met while validating the online schemes
- Responsible to co-ordinate to clear any doubts/issues related to validation of schemes with business/GTM/Finance/Partner
- Responsible to co-ordinate with all stakeholders for faster settlements of schemes overall and drive specific priorities
- Responsible to handle calls from partners on any issue or clarification related to scheme settlement
- Responsible to closure of NDC & Adhoc validation in TAT
- Responsible for handling external or internal audits related to scheme management.
- Identify improvement areas in operational process and optimization plan.
- Maintaining the KPI & KRA for Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly review.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Mgmt. & other stakeholders.
- Good experience in understanding business acumen.
- Strong SQL, Advance Excel Knowledge and versed with regular business Visualisation tools.
- 4+ years experience
- Education : Masters in Analytics is preferred
