Allied Realty requires experienced candidates for real estate project sales in Chandigarh ,New Chandigarh and Mohali. Candidate should have very good communication skills. Having project knowledge of New Chandigarh projects will be an added advantage. Real estate knowledge of tricity area is mandatory requirement.


Roles and responsibilities:
1. Follow up prospective customers through calls, emails and visits.2. Showcase various projects to customers3. Quickly learn about all features of the various projects and suggesting best fit projects to customers4. Have pro active and aggressive approach towards closing sales5. Systematically and effectively manage enquiries and follow ups.6. Negotiate and close deals with clients independently.
