- Oversee all aspects of field operations, including onsite installations, lifecycle support, and inventory control
- Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
- Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
- Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
- Oversee all project preparation, material preparation and installation, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
- Oversee all field activities, from installation to end of lifecycle support
- Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels
