    Job Title: Sales Executive

    Location: Kengeri

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
    3. Understand clients' needs and offer solutions that meet their objectives.
    4. Present product/service offerings to prospective clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
    5. Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and generating leads.
    7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
    8. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
    9. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and promote customer retention.
    10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products/services and expand network.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    2. Proven track record in sales, with at least 01 years of experience in a similar role.
    3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    4. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    8. Willingness to travel as needed.
