    Job Description:

    Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. This includes creating work breakdown structures (WBS), scheduling, and budgeting.

    Tendering and Procurement: Managing the tendering process, which involves preparing bid documents, issuing invitations to tender, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts to subcontractors and suppliers.

    Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects. This involves coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource utilization.

    Budgeting and Cost Control: Estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints. Implementing cost-control measures to minimize project overruns.

    Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting quality inspections, audits, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

    Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.

    Stakeholder Communication: Act as main contact for clients, project teams, subcontractors, and regulators. Provide timely updates, address concerns, and resolve issues to ensure smooth project progress.

    Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites. Implement safety measures to protect workers and minimize accidents.

    Project Documentation: Maintain precise project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project.

    Project Closure: Ensure smooth project closure by conducting final inspections, obtaining client sign-off, and completing all administrative tasks. Guarantee delivery of project deliverables as per contractual agreements
