    To work as part of our Building Services team for WSP USA in WSP India CRC to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate's role will be as BIM Modeler - Mechanical in our Bengaluru office. You will report to Principal Engineer in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare Mechanical Drawings - 3D Revit coordinated models
    • Work closely with USA office to ensure required BIM standards are followed in the CRC Team.
    • Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
    • Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
    • Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
    • Support the development and delivery of Project training to the Juniors
    • Coordination with other discipline team members (like Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)
    • Clash detection and clash resolution
    • Create Parametric Revit Families

    Key Competencies / Skills

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Experience of working on modelling, coordination and managing of International Projects
    • Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & Navisworks
    • Experienced user of MS Office
    • Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2019 and above). Must have good capability on the below:
