Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Sales Specialist at Duttsen Group located in North Kolkata.
As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their travel plans.
You will offer expert advice on travel destinations, make reservations, and help clients with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term relationships with clients.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Travel Sales Consultant or in a similar customer service roleExcellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsProficient in using travel booking software and toolsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskGood sales and negotiation skillsFluency in English and any additional languages is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field is preferredBasic Salary + Incentive
