    About role:


    As a Senior Program Lead in education, you will spearhead specific projects within a broader state-level program, focusing on transforming public education.

    Your role involves managing and coaching 2-3 team members, collaborating with the education department to drive interventions, and contributing to program design and innovation.

    Emphasizing principles like sustainability and technology integration, you will work alongside other leads to define the scope of state education reforms.




    Roles and Responsibilities


    • Lead the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Govt. officials at the state level such as SSA, SCERT, SIEMAT, DGSE etc.
    • Build strategic partnerships consisting of various organizations and stakeholders, including NGOs, Knowledge partners, Design Consultants, Govt. Agencies etc. and create a partner engagement framework to coordinate and monitor the efficacy.
    • Review existing structures and processes, and work with concerned officials to implement improvement projects.
    • Assess and analyze existing government projects and devise plans to strengthen them. You would improve the learning cycles for every official by improving the feedback mechanism from the ground.
    • Support the program design teams for each initiative to make simple and scalable interventions and establish effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
    • Articulate the objectives and theory of change and communicate effectively with the stakeholders about the program.
    Eligibility

    • Minimum 5 years of work experience, at least two years of teaching experience is required, however, candidates with strong experience in the education sector will be considered.
    • Experience in classroom teaching, delivering educational programs and activities OR experience working on projects with school stakeholders from underserved urban/rural localities.
    • Experience in leading teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
