    Job Details

    Responsible for territory sales, achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly targets set by management.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Train distributor sales personnel to generate more sales.
    • Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.
    • Maximise productivity through productive calls, range sales, and sales per call.
    • Coordinate with SSO/SO/TSI/SR to close sales.

    Key Areas of Focus

    • Product: Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
    • Distribution (Placement): Cover designated sets of super/distributor within defined geography and develop/maintain long-term relationships.
    • People: Build and manage relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
    • Process: Report and provide feedback to management, handle customer concerns.
