OrionREcapital is a fully integrated start-up commercial Real Estate investment firm based out of Dallas, Texas. We are actively seeking a Power BI developer to join our team. Orion Realty strives to provide five-star client service to our investor partners.

Job responsibilities for this role include the following :

• Preparation of dashboards to make financial decisions
• This position is best suited for candidates with longterm aspirations to grow with Orion and are resultsdriven, passionate about perfection, and excited about getting involved in a rapidly growing company at the ground floor.
• Establish strong working relationships with the team to understand and identify their needs for market intelligence.
• Break down and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Attention to detail and be precise with numbers
• Good presentation skills
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a concise manner that includes charts and graphs
• Other duties as assigned as applicable

Technical skills required :

• 12 years of Power BI experience
• Good experience in the dissection of data and creating variety of dashboards for decision making
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL queries
• Any database experience is highly desirable
• Experience creating financial reports is a big plus
• Undergraduate degree is a MUST

• This is a remote role work from home
