We re seeking a professional SVIP Operations & Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our Voice Room team. This role manages high-value users, coordinates pricing with coin sellers/merchants and supports voice-chat initiatives.

• SVIP Client Management
• Provide 1:1 support for SVIP clients ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Build relationships with high-value users identifying their needs implementing service processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• MERCHANT COORDINATION
User Insights Operational Support:

Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in marketing business communications or related fields preferred-One-two-three years of sales customer-service User operations account management required.Strong communication interpersonal skills emotional intelligence patient detail-oriented trustworthy routine tasks-professional ability work spreadsheets Excel Google Sheets-simple data processing-experience merchant-management familiarity merchant ecosystems advantage IMO HAGO Helloyo similar audio/livestraem products.
