Telecalling - 80% Client Coordination Lead Generation Making quotations & agreements MIS reporting on weekly basis
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Maximum number of appointments must be created to increase the Sales.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of Services
Answering customers' questions on the Services.
Social media Marketing
Generating 10 qualified leads per month
Tele sales Representative Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
