    Description

    Project planning and resource management

    Manage the commercial aspects of the programs and assume full ownership and accountability of the same. Ensure cost optimization while maintaining the quality operations

    Ensure that the periodic reviews and performance management systems (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) are maintained and managed and corrective actions taken as required.

    Management of all stakeholders, internal and external. Manage and resolve internal and external conflicts.

    Accountable for continuous improvement by way of process and technology intervention

    Build and maintain robust delivery and project plan leveraging Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or other PM tools.

    Requirements

    - Project Management certification in either Prince2 or APMP. PMP can be also considered

    - Experience of working on Managed Services projects / programs

    - Strong decision-making skills with an analytical mind-set

    - Planning and organizational skills

    - Excellent communications skills

    - Proven ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams

    - Excellent time management skills
