- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field B.tech and B.sc.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
- Experience in product management, backlog management, and release planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional product development teams, facilitating the Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases, managing risks and dependencies
- Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive overall organizational agility and best practices
