- Responsible for effectiveexecution of the Sales policies pertaining to power generationbusiness & driving the team to channel the excellence tocontribute effectively towards businessgoals.
- Formulate the strategies toexpand the business as per the marketopportunities.
- Periodically reviewing thebusiness plans & initiate the course actions accordingly forgeographical expansions improving product penetration in the lowpenetration area/ niche markets to improve the SOB of business ofthe company.
- Implementation of promotionalstrategies specifically BTL to maximize conversion ratio share themarket reports of the conversion ratio & effective utilizationof allocated budget in the assignedterritory.
- Continuous interface with theproduct design team/ manufacturing team for developing the productsas per the market response.
- Administration of the salesincentive/promotion polices to improve the performance of the teamdealers and OEA team & reviewing them periodically to getoptimum performances.
- Research about the competitors& share reports with the manager for strategic businessadvantages.
- Ensuring timely collection ofsales revenues & zero outstanding more than 90 days to supportthe business finances.
