KeyResponsibilities:

• Contactpotential customers via phone to introduce them to our educationalproducts andservices.
  
• Provideinformation about course offerings features andbenefits.
  
• Answerquestions and address concerns from prospectivecustomers.
  
• Followup with leads to schedule product demonstrations orconsultations.
  
• Maintainaccurate records of interactions and customer details in the CRMsystem.
  
• Meetweekly and monthly targets for calls made and leadsgenerated.
  
• Collaboratewith the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generationstrategies.
