    B2B Media Planner

    The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create strategic media plans that align with business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends, target audience behaviours, and competitor activities.
    • Analyse data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the B2B media landscape and identify opportunities for effective media placement.

    Media Planning and Strategy:

    • Develop comprehensive B2B media plans that align with marketing objectives and target audience profiles.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated marketing strategies that leverage a mix of online and offline channels
    • Select appropriate media channels, including digital, print, events, and other relevant platforms, based on campaign goals and target audience preferences.

    Budget Management:

    • Work closely with the finance team to establish and manage media budgets for campaigns.
    • Monitor and optimize media spending to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.

    Vendor and Partner Relationships:

    • Negotiate and build relationships with media vendors, publishers, and other partners to secure favourable terms and placements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media opportunities.

    Campaign Execution:

    • Oversee the execution of media plans, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of media strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B media planning, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and target audience behaviours.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with various media channels and emerging trends in the B2B space.
    • Proficiency in using media planning tools and platforms.
