We are looking for a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our mobile applications.

Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our mobile applications. You will work closely with our tech-development and product management teams to create engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and iterate on user-centered design solutions across mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gain insights, validate concepts, and make well-informed design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, ensuring designs meet usability and functionality requirements.
• Maintain and develop the UI/UX design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to ensure our apps remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range of UI/UX design techniques, creativity, and breadth of projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques, especially in the context of mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with Agile development teams is a plus.
