    AbouttheOpportunity:Weare seeking proven sales performers to help us grow our loyalcustomer base for our MidMarket Business segment in India. This isa role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new businesssuccess. Responsibilities include generating new business in newaccounts and expanding the footprint inside existing customers aswell as playing a key role as you drive strategic CRM initiativesfor companies across the North India market. This is a role forsomeone who can see the value of Spend Automation and who can be acombination salesperson and evangelist to get Happays penetrationinto the sector growing even more. On top of your own businessdevelopment we provide a range of support functions to help createand drive opportunities with internal teams so it is not just youagainst theworld.
    Whatyou woulddo:
    • Developingand managing relationships within our Midmarket/Enterprise Businesssegment focusing on customers in regionassigned
    • Managingcomplex salescycles and presenting to Clevel executives the valueof our enterprise suite ofapplications.
    • Forecastsales activity and revenue achievement in CRM while creatingsatisfied ed and referenceablecustomers.
    • Demonstrating our product and creating adifferentiated valueproposition.
    • This will be an individualcontributorrole.

    Whatyou musthave:
    • 4years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in software(businessapplications
    • preferred) or technologysales.
    • Successfultrackrecord managing deals with customers in West / SouthIndia.
    • Consistentlyoverachieved quota (top 1020% of company) in pastpositions.
    • Experiencemanaging and closing complexsalescycles.
