    With a commitment to delivering joy and excitement, Wonderla is expanding its presence and is currently seeking a talented & experienced media operations planner to join our innovative Brand Marketing team.

    This role offers the opportunity to shape the media strategy

    for our campaigns and optimize spending across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI).


    Job Summary :


    As the Media Planner at Wonderla, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans across multiple channels including TV, digital, print, outdoor, and more.

    Your primary objective will be to optimize media spending to achieve maximum impact and ROI for our campaigns.

    This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies.


    Responsibilities :

    Media Strategy Development:

    • Develop strategic media plans aligned with campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and budget allocations.
    • Identify key media channels and platforms to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

    Media Buying and Negotiation:

    • Coordinate with external media buying agencies to negotiate favorable rates and secure optimal placements.
    • Monitor media buying process to ensure adherence to budget constraints and campaign timelines.

    Campaign Optimization:

    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights that inform media optimization strategies.
    • Continuously optimize media spending to maximize ROAS and ROI across all channels.

    Cross-Channel Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between media plans and overall campaign strategies.
    • Coordinate crosschannel initiatives to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

    Market Research and Insights:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms.
    • Utilize market research and audience insights to inform media planning decisions and strategy adjustments.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage media budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to budget allocations.
    • Provide regular budget reports and analysis to stakeholders.

    Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating partnerships and securing added value opportunities.
    • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of media plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
    • Expertise in planning media spends across various channels, including TV, digital, print, and outdoor.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
