- Bachelor's degree (preferably in architecture & interior design)
- Atleast 1 year of BD or sales experience (preferably in real estate, interior design or HNI financial sales)
- Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
- Ability to maintain client relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM tool is a plus
- Ability to travel within the city
