Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts by identifying potential clients and initiating contact to create interest in our services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying potential clients within the international market .
• Generating leads through various online and offline channels.
• Contacting potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services.
• Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Staying updated on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent research skills to identify potential leads.
• Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
