    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify pain points and improvement areas.
    • Create clear and concise business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
    • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
    • Design and document improved processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Develop process flows, diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate process changes effectively.
    • Work closely with the IT team to define technical solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Develop system requirements and user stories to guide the development process.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide input on system design and functionality.
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
    • Develop test cases and test scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new systems or processes.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in business administration or related field.
    • Proven experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
