    WHO ARE WE SEEKING ?

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven risk taking Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth of THESTO. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing a strong brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the success of our brand in the market.

    This role will be reporting to the brand manager and founders.

    1. Help develop creative briefs and execute creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
    2. Execute multi-channel campaigns across different platforms like other marketplaces, brand social media, and offline events, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
    3. Tracking the impact of ongoing marketing initiatives weekly and then creating reports to be discussed with higher management.
    4. Shadowing brand manager on daily tasks
    5. Ensuring internal task alignment and follow-ups to ensure task in hand are completed with other marketing and design teammates.
    6. End-to-end execution and reporting for all marketing initiatives taken up by the brand manager.
    7. Handling day-to-day social media campaigns and platforms for the brand
    8. Engage in community management, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community and add value to the user experience.
    9. Handle PR and Offline events project execution from start to end for the brand
    10. Social Media Strategy and Execution: Help in developing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's values, target audience, and business goals. Execute engaging and creative social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and . Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
    11. PR Strategy: Help in developing a PR strategy to raise brand awareness, enhance our brand reputation, and secure media coverage. Identify key media outlets, influencers, and industry events for brand partnerships and collaborations. Craft compelling press releases, brand stories, and pitches to generate media interest and maintain positive brand visibility.

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
    2. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
    3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for storytelling.
    4. Up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
    5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
    6. Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging digital content.
