Job summary
We are seeking a talented, dedicated and highly analytical Instock Manager to drive selection and in-stock for Amazon. This role interacts closely with retail and operations business partners across Amazon.Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent in-stock rates for owned categories and/or regions executing inventory strategies to optimize sales turns and inventory health monitoring analyzing owning key performance indicators such as in-stock rate fill rate forecast accuracy and turns forecasting managing efficient inbound outbound inventory flows health including forecasting purchasing removing unproductive inventory driving root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues developing action plans project managing improvements working collaboratively with internal teams to help drive tools process improvements affecting purchasing procurement workflows emphasizing automating tasks currently performed manually.
