    Job Title: MIS & Data Analyst

    Department: Assets Management / Data Analytics

    Location: Noida

    Reports To: General Manager - Analytics

    Job Summary:

    The MIS & Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting & collate data from multiple sites located across portfolio. This role involves working with large datasets, developing automation, creating reports, and developing dashboards that help in understanding business trends and improving operational efficiency. Resolving queries of site heads in relation with daily reports, CMS reports etc. Coding in VBA to handle large amounts of data in excel, Power BI & create automated programs so that the similar processes are automated.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large raw data from various sources. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that present data in a clear, concise manner for decision-making.

    Database Management: Maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Perform regular audits and updates to ensure the database remains efficient and relevant.

    Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

    Collaboration: Work closely with various departments & Stakeholders, including Sites Team and operations, to gather requirements and deliver data insights that support business objectives.

    Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in operational data, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

    Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.

    Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, protecting company data and respecting privacy laws.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

    Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

    Strong proficiency in Advance Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL & Python, and experience with database management.

    Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

    Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

    Necessary Skills:

    Experience with programming languages such as Python, VBA, Query & SQL.
