    Description

    The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Experience in Hydroponics/Greenhouse/Agriculture candidates will be preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Researching prospects & actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
    • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
    • Manage sales pipeline
    • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
    • Build relationships with prospective clients
    • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
    • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

    Qualifications

    • MBA or MBA (ABM) Freshers or upto 2 Years Experience
    • Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry
    • Experience in full sales cycle including high-ticket sales
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Hydroponics/Greenhouse/Agriculture background and knowledge preferred
