Description:

We are currently looking for a highly proficient Senior Automation Tester with specialized skills in Selenium and either Java or C# to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Automation Tester, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing automated test scripts, conducting manual testing when necessary, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure top-notch software delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automated test scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to comprehend project requirements and formulate comprehensive test scenarios.
Identify, assess, and document software defects and anomalies, closely cooperating with the development team to address issues.
Create and manage detailed test documentation, encompassing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Engage in the complete software development life cycle, from gathering requirements to deployment.
Conduct and actively partake in code evaluations to ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices.
Enhance test automation frameworks and tools continuously to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous enhancements in overall software quality and testing processes.
Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members to nurture their progress and skills development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing and automation.
Proficiency in employing Selenium WebDriver with Java or C# for test automation.
Experience in crafting test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Firm grasp of object-oriented programming principles and the ability to write intricate code in Java or C#.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Background in Agile development techniques and tools such as Scrum, BDD, TDD, and JIRA.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is advantageous.
Additional experience in mobile application testing is a bonus.
