    Description

    The Preventive Health vertical in Apollo Hospitals has the mandate to oversee all preventive health programs across the Group, specifically health checks and ProHealth, ensuring a comprehensive portfolio of offerings, seamless end-to-end delivery, and aggressive growth across India and globally.

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing professional specialist to expand the awareness of preventive health and communicate the differentiated value proposition of Apollo ProHealth.

    This role will be responsible for:

    • Brand strategy into planning and execution of marketing communications across offline, online, social media platforms
    • Ideates on ways to approach, position, and communicate the ProHealth proposition to different consumer segments (B2C and B2B2C)
    • Collaborative with the creative and content teams to create innovative and impactful marketing campaigns and alignment of marketing messages and creative assets
    • Set up brand/marketing partnerships with clear, consistent messaging to raise awareness across different customer segments
    • Stay up to date with new marketing technologies and leverages it for impactful communications
    • Ensure effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI across different platforms
    • Perform regular in-house market research studies to understand the consumer needs, behaviours for product development as well as product positioning
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities

    Candidates will need the following experience:

    • At least 12-15 years of experience in marketing; healthcare experience is a plus
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Expertise in multi-media marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of consumer engagement across offline and online modes
    • Analytical orientation to track and improve marketing campaigns
    • Collaborative and growth mindset
