- Identify and acquire new potential clients for the Aluminium Value Added Products business
- Negotiate commercials ( rates, payment terms etc) with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies
- Set and achieve individual sales targets
- Collaborate extensively with internal crossfunctional teams like Purchase, Operations, Finance, Product etc, in order to drive impactful outcomes
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of Aluminium market regulations and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement Aluminium business and RMC function
- The candidate should have prior experience of 38 years specifically in Aluminium sales; can immediately add value to Sales
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fastmoving environment
- Experience in fastmoving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for us in these regions
