Headshot Retouching – Consistent Studio Backgrounds

I'm glad we connected and I'd like to move forward with the headshot retouching work we discussed.Scope of Work
Professional retouching of corporate headshots, including:
Natural‑looking skin smoothing and blemish removal
Teeth whitening and subtle eye enhancement (as needed)
Flyaway hair cleanup
Color correction, exposure, contrast, and sharpening
Background cleanup and replacement so that all final images have the same studio‑style background
Some employees were unable to attend the studio shoot; for those, we will need you to create a matching studio background so their headshots look consistent with the rest of the team.
We can provide additional unedited, casual photos of each person so you can see what they look like in everyday life, to help keep the edits realistic and consistent.
We will upload photos one team member at a time, so we can complete and approve that person's edits before moving on to the next.
Initial Batch
First batch: 30–40 images total.
Revisions:
Up to 2–3 reasonable revision rounds per image (for tweaks such as exposure, skin, color, or background refinements).
Rate and Payment
Rate:
$4–$5 per image, as agreed.
Initial batch: 30–40 images at $[4 or 5] each, total depending on final image count.
Future batches:
We may send additional images later under the same per‑image rate unless we mutually agree to change it.
All payments will be made through Upwork.
Timeline & Delivery
Preferred turnaround: 3–5 days for the initial 30–40 images.
Final delivery:
High‑resolution JPGs (and PNGs if needed), optimized for web and print.
Files will be delivered through Upwork or via a shared folder link.
Source Files Provided
Original headshots (studio and non‑studio) in high‑resolution JPG or RAW where available.
Extra casual/unprofessional photos of each person as reference for natural skin tone, hair, and features.
