In this role you will be responsiblefor maximizing query conversions and ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction by following organizational standards. Yourprimary task will be to work directly with customers/clients viaphone and persuade them to buy Forex exchange/Forex Cards.Additional responsibilitiesinclude:
    • Handling bookings againstassigned leads
    • Bringing sales and meetingtargets
    • Ensuring quality servicedelivery
    CandidateQualifications:To beconsidered for this position you need to meet the followingqualifications:
    • Minimum 6 months ofexperience in sales (any BPOsales)
    • Undergraduate/graduate
    • Flexibleto work in a shift window of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (any 9 hoursshift)
    • No nightshifts
    • Available for immediatejoining
